Order delayed or missing

Ordered an extra order on March 14th because of traveling concerns. My account was charged on that date. I called the company because I was not given a shipping date on March 19. I couldnt get any information from theAI so I asked for a customer service representative. I was told there were none available and after refusing promotional items I was disconnected. This happened twice.

I was in hospital/rehab for kidney cancer& removal & couldn't use for aJust developed a surpluslmost 2 months. Therefore I developed a surplus of product. I still use the product but don't have a lot of storage room.

Can't get a refund until you fill out this ridiculous review. Im pissed because they didn't ask weather we need more supplies prior to shipping. I sent in to stop sending the diapers and they sent them anyways. I received the confirmation reference number to stop sending but they still sent tgem.

Steps to return unwanted items was ridiculous. I was told to do things that I had no idea what they were asking for. HEX # ??? Also an item that was supposed to arrive in December wasn't shipped until January 22 and I have to pay shipping cost to return it.

Follow-up on lost package

The manager of Because Market called the Monday morning following my weekend problem. They expedited another package, without charge, to me.

Eventually the original package arrived also. Both had the correct address except the lost package did not have my space number. There are 176 spaces in this mobile home park. The lost package arrived after someone hand-wrote "#38" on the label.

Tomorrow I'll mail both labels to Because Market. They are looking into the problem trying to figure out what went wrong and make sure it doesn't happen again. Many thanks Pissed Consumer for your follow-up and concern. Because Market really came through once they were aware of the problem.
